STUDICO description:
Studico provides a total of 92 fully-furnished one-room apartments of various sizes and apartment types (from approx. 18 m² to 55 m²).
The all-inclusive rents (including all ancillary charges) vary and are based on the apartment size.
The property includes a ground-floor meeting and study lounge. There is also a laundrette with washing machines and driers as well as bicycle and storage rooms.
All ancillary living costs, including electricity, water, heating, internet flat rate (WLAN in every apartment) and cable television, are included in the rent.
Washing and drying are charged separately, where required.
Studico also provides three on-site car-sharing parking spaces, allowing tenants to enjoy individual mobility in addition to the excellent local public transport connections.
Apartment fit-out:
All apartments are equipped with modern, customised furnishings, optimising the use of every square metre and providing ample storage space.
The pantry kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator.
The space concept also includes well-equipped, high-quality bathrooms with large tiles, floor-level showers with a glass screen and recessed downlights.
